Useful from the
first blank page.
Each template has its own instructions and a completed example. Open Word files in your document editor, work with spreadsheets in Excel or Google Sheets, or copy a client email and replace the bracketed details.
The invoice and proposal templates also connect to our online generators. Start with a suggested structure, add your own details, and export a PDF. Browser tools do not save your work; downloaded files are yours to keep and edit.
GOOD TO KNOW
A few useful answers.
Can I use these templates for my business?
Yes. You can download, edit and use them for your own work and client communications, without an account or attribution. Replace all example details and check the finished document before sending.
Which files are included?
Invoice, proposal and brief templates come as editable DOCX files. The three spreadsheets are XLSX workbooks with formulas. Client email templates are plain text. Every template has a separate completed example.
Do I need to enter an email address to download?
No. The downloads are direct links. The website does not ask for your details or send the document by email.
Do the templates calculate totals?
The spreadsheets include formulas. Word document totals are edited manually. For automatic invoice calculations and PDF export, open the invoice generator linked on the template page.
